eg solutions plc ("eg" or "the Company"; LSE-AIM: EGS), the back office optimisation software company, announces that the resolution, considered at the general meeting of shareholders held today, was passed authorising the Board to disapply pre-emption rights over up to 2,000,000 ordinary eg shares, replacing the existing authority granted at the annual general meeting.
