Sable Mining Africa Limited, the AIM listed resource company, received notification on 20 July 2012 that, following the disposal of 30,500,001 ordinary shares in the Company on 19 July 2012, Jalwade Investments Limited a company whose ultimate beneficial owner is Line Trust Corporation Limited as trustees of Ashdale Settlement, no longer holds a notifiable interest in Sable Mining.
