REPLACEMENT OF RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT RELEASED THIS MORNING

Alpha Tiger advises that the following replaces the Result of AGM announcement released today at 11:45 under the RNS number 2720J.

Please note that the Company's website will change to www.alpharealtrustlimited.com and not www.alpharealtrust.com as stated in the original announcement.

All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text appears below.

ALPHA TIGER PROPERTY TRUST LIMITED ("ALPHA TIGER" OR THE "COMPANY")

RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the Annual General Meeting of Alpha Tiger held on the 3 August 2012, the proposed resolutions were all duly approved by the shareholders.

As such, it is expected that trading in the Company's ordinary shares will shortly commence under the new name, Alpha Real Trust Limited. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL will remain unchanged. The Company's ticker code will change from "ATPT" to "ARTL".

In addition, the Company's website will shortly change from www.alphatigerpropertytrust.com to www.alpharealtrustlimited.com.
