Grant of Share Awards under the 2012 Long Term Incentive Plan - correction
On 17 April 2012, the Company announced the following conditional awards over ordinary shares in the Company made on 16 April 2012, to Executive Directors of the Company under the Aggreko Performance Share Plan 2004 (the "PSP") and the Aggreko Co-Investment Plan 2004 ("the CIP").
The number of conditional awards made under the CIP, and correspondingly the total number of conditional awards under the LTIP 2012 was incorrect. The correct numbers (with the previously announced ones in brackets) are as follows:
