Tracsis has received notice that on 17 August 2012, Raymond Kwan, a director of the Company, sold 200,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 125p.

Following the trade Dr Kwan now holds 1,499,850 Ordinary shares and his wife Ann Kwan holds 284,000 Ordinary shares. Accordingly, Dr Kwan is now deemed to be interested in 1,783,850 Ordinary shares representing 7.18% of the total voting rights of the Company.
