Notification of Transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility

On 8 January 2013, the Company was notified that, Euan Sutherland, a person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR') exercised shares in Kingfisher plc awarded under the Company's long term incentive plan, the Performance Share Plan ('PSP) in 2008.

Mr. Sutherland sold 45,292 shares granted under the PSP on 8 January 2013 at a price of 286.6 pence per ordinary share.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
