Notice of Interim Results for the Six Months Ended 31 December 2012

Hargreaves Lansdown plc will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2012 on Wednesday 6 February 2013.

There will be an analyst presentation on the results at 9:00am on Wednesday 6 February 2013 at the offices of Numis Securities, 10 Paternoster Square, London, EC4M 7LT. Those analysts wishing to attend are asked to register by e-mailing ir@hl.co.uk.
