Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

The Company was notified on 7 August 2012 that on 6 August 2012 Equiniti, the independent trustee ("Trustee") of the Company's HMRC Approved Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"), purchased, in accordance with the SIP's rules and on behalf of all SIP participants, ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 152.5 pence each. Under the terms of the SIP, participating members, including employees and Directors of the Company, contribute a fixed amount to the Trustee on a monthly basis. The Trustee acquires shares in the Company every month at the prevailing share price.

Following the purchases, the following Directors/ PDMR's of the Company have the following interests in the Company's issued share capital:
