LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT

JPMORGAN OVERSEAS INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Overseas Investment Trust plc today purchased into Treasury 101,812 ordinary shares at 759.04 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 24,833,731.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
