FIRST Interim Dividend

The Directors of Schroder UK Growth Fund plc have declared the payment of a first interim dividend of 1.75p per share for the year ending 30 April 2013. The first interim dividend will be payable on 31 January 2013 to shareholders on the register on 28 December 2012.
