The Directors of Wolfson Microelectronics plc (LSE: WLF) will be announcing the Company's fourth quarter and full year results for the period ended 30 December 2012 on Wednesday 6 February 2013.

Mike Hickey, Chief Executive Officer, and Mark Cubitt, Chief Financial Officer, will be hosting a presentation to analysts at 9.00am on the day at J.P. Morgan, Holborn Bars, 138-142 Holborn, London, EC1N 2NQ.
