Dividend Declaration

The Board of Personal Assets Trust plc has today declared a second interim dividend for the year to 30 April 2013 of £1.40 per share. The dividend will be paid on 19 October 2012 to shareholders on the register on 7 September 2012. The ex-dividend date will be 5 September 2012.

The third interim dividend for the year ended 30 April 2013, expected to be paid in January 2013, will be at least £1.40 per share and the total dividend for the year will be not less than £5.60.
