Rabid - so 100M is not a large trade?

As usual
Wed 17:51

Big down push in the last half hour????

was there a late large trade???

Or did the MMs PUSH us down???
Wed 16:00

Must be because of the number of shares traded in the last month. Lol.
Tue 12:34

Wait until the end of the day to see what happens.
Mon 19:53

They had 375M shares now only 342M.

If they take up the 35M spread it will increase their holding
Mon 13:23

could be Rufus/Jeff selling their stollen shares???
Sun 14:53

Saus - could we also say this year?

Or is there a consensus EDL production will increase?
Sat 19:07

Aerial - My sentiments exactly... Lol
Sat 13:41

Aerial - My take is "WHY did InterTrader Limited build up a stake of 375M shares?"

Were they part to the 2.5B shares and want their 17.?? of these 0.02p shares? It could turn out to be a B I G payday for them?????
Sat 10:41

Aerial - I have been thinking along the same lines as you...

All I can see is a few who are getting in at a VERY VERY cheap price.

I can see the P & D, but it all seems to be controlled and centred round quite a narrow price range, and they never let it fall too much.

I am sure there is something BIG on the horizon, otherwise why would the BOD be taking such a large holing.

There is definitely something they know and are keeping it close to their chest.

Sat 09:27

dealer55 - Not for the BOD

They got the shares exactly where they wanted them. R O C K B O T T O M....
Fri 11:13

LG if you look at my posts you will see I did post comments to that effect...

Such as WHY are the SH's not involved in buying at 0.02p????
Fri 10:04

That's what happens when you jump in, then loose the bottle... He He He Lol.
Fri 09:09

It's one of the better looking shares on AIM.

noadvice4u - This is not the first :-

"placing that saves the company and puts it on a road to increase just about everything it's doing"

Maybe 3rd 4th... All that happens is the BOD give themselves a large rise...Lol...

Notice the phrases:-

The Board believe

The Board expect

Outstanding Lind Facility of US$983,250* expected

Post fund raise and general meeting, the Company is funded to increase production to 10,000t per month within one
year by:
i. Opening of a new mining area; and
ii. minor refurbishments to existing infrastructure; and
iii. Refurbishments to the plant.
The Board believe there is a potential market in excess of 10,000t per month, with intended infrastructure upgrades to
be funded through cash flow
The Board expect cashflow breakeven at a steady state of circa 6,000t of washed coal sales per month
Outstanding Lind Facility of US$983,250* expected to be repaid out of operational cash flow rather than through share issuance

for one last G I A N T payday.

It is not to improve shareholder value as anyone can see.
16 May '19

emil11 - Please read the RNS GM tomorrow NOT an EGM.... Lol...

Aerial - Could be the MM's keeping the price high for their own benefit?
