Buko, most people on here feel your pain. However

1) it cannot have been anticipated that the Romanian authorities woul take a further 12 months to approve the BP licence, having promised Roy a 30+30 day timetable in September 2017
2) it cannot have been anticipated that Mercuria would back out of the financing in January
3) it cannot have been anticipated that Vast would be in pole position on Zimabwe diamonds, along with Chinese and Russian megalithic

Personally I am offsetting the value of the diamonds against the dilution

Swings and roundabouts

All that is true.i suspect AP was overruled. I note that the finance director left shortly thereafter, although this could have been coincidence.

Angus, I think it's more to do with the calibre and reliability of the financing institutions that an AIM tiddler such as Vast have to deal with

Can't imagine Glencore having financing pulled at the last moment

Time Degsy returned to ramp this up again
12 Apr '19

No, because you got the up to date news in yesterday's RNS

Which made it clear that news could come at any time
12 Apr '19

Nonsense. The RNS yesterday was to tell you exactly where we are. That was the point of it
11 Apr '19

I suspect the best offtake deals are only available without pre payment finance

Hence the loan agreement elsewhere

This thing was at 120p in 2012

What happened?

FOOLS_NIGHTMARE has AP given any indication of when the diamond contract with the community is likely to be

28 Mar '19

First time Vast has been explicitly mentioned as one of the four
11 Feb '19

'and say first to flash the cash gets the deal, '

Totally agree with this

With Mercuria, as soon as I saw their list of conditions precedent, I wondered why AP had allowed them the mandate.

They should have been required to satisfy themselves as to all the points they wanted cleared, BEFORE giving them the exclusivity
10 Feb '19

Really, really irritating that people can buy at these prices

This whole ridiculous fuss illustrates how it is possible to make millions on AIM

The Bergen loan, for which we should be grateful, enables BP to be kept on track to produce $15m pa as from 6 months time

Isn't that what was wanted?

And the company is capitalised at £9m ,with BP producing $15m pa .WTF??

And with PP earning $3m pa for Vast?

And with the diamond wild card?
23 Jan '19

To expedite it further according to Mercurias expert
23 Jan '19

My understanding was that Bergen 1 pays for BP to production
22 Jan '19

If BP is now paid for, and will generate 6-8 million a month in 6 months, that guy has just taken sweets from a child

And if the diamonds land, even more so
22 Jan '19

Is Bergen 2 only for Carlibaba?
22 Jan '19

The key point here is that there is NO DELAY ON BP as Vast had funds from Bergen T1.
BP CAN BE ACCELERATED  if shareholders give headroom to complete BP faster

The lack of Mercuria 2 means ONLY that Carlibaba is delayed until new offtake obtained
15 Jan '19

Normally yes, but this is probably the best prospect on AIM atm imo
15 Jan '19

Anyone with any cash left after this debacle, should see Vast Resources shares double over the next month
