Like myself any sain person rejected their offer of 1p and voted to remove the chairman.
Tue 11:52

In favour I might add
Tue 11:51

Deadline 10am tomorrow
4 Mar '19

Smithy you are one sad ********
28 Feb '19

Too late it was 26th deadline
26 Feb '19

If you vote to accept the scheme and take your penny, that's it, you are agreeing to all the BOD have done and accepting all their actions. I too can't afford to lose money but In all good conscience I can not and will not condone what is clearly morally wrong. We are all brought up to know the difference between right and wrong and I hope you all can respect those teachings.
26 Feb '19

Anyone else going to share their views regard to vote
26 Feb '19

So what are you suggesting, accept the offer? No way. Besides we would not have a vote on chairman if it was conditional on the scheme vote surely
26 Feb '19

encouraging you to vote their way is interesting. COW on 400k plus 125% bonus, almost half what they sold the company for. 5 times what the PM gets for running the country.
26 Feb '19

Speak with your broker but do it today as the deadline is today for the first two votes. Two more votes a little later. Decline decline accept accept in that order :)
26 Feb '19

I'm with waterhouse and seem to be able to vote over and over again on all 3 which eroded my confidence they have been registered. Anyone else have a problem as dead line is today?
25 Feb '19

For the sudden rise
25 Feb '19

the offer? I think not
23 Feb '19

I read with interest "if the scheme of arrangement through which the offer by Connect Airways Limited for the Company is being made does not become effective, the board intends to wind-up the Company once its affairs are settled."
Are they talking about the sale as being the scheme, if so does this not put doubt in the completion of the sale?
23 Feb '19

Seems we have two votes. Im just voting the opersite way to what the BOD want, end of
22 Feb '19

I would rather have shares worth .238 and an on going business than 1p and nothing else
21 Feb '19

Oh price collapse, oh I see, and that's not already happened?
20 Feb '19

Its my opinion that if additional shares are sold at 4.5 then it follows that all shares will have the same face value
20 Feb '19

to my insinuation that she was crazy. 5k better off this morning with I told you so ringing in my ears all day. I got my very own Warren Buffet just better looking
20 Feb '19

That was my question, its certainly how I read it, Flybe continues with more shares in issue, hopefully with a new BOD to trade out of this hole
