aren't they supposed to be earning money from Project Management Fees once construction starts (next year one hopes). Wouldn't that + Equity Funding, FID, Marine Licence see a significant increase in SP, so 6-9 months back over 2p?. and 2-3 years >4p ? Conservatively if all goes to plan
Wed 14:13

Have to say I have been a little irritated lately, and personally always engage in a civil and constructive manner. The fault finding in everything and anything is getting ridiculous, including the venue for the Public Consultation not having enough parking and refusal to change to the Town Hall, despite the address being already provided to every single Island Magee resident ... anyway that's my mild rant for the day .. next the MMs !
Wed 12:33

think we need to accept that the protestors will never be appeased, just managed. Where I have directly asked whether they will be satisfied when DAERA have confirmed that INFA are fully compliant and issue a Marine Licence they just don't seem to want to answer or deflect
Mon 16:13

Naz, that was a different BOD and proving the daily monitoring is compliant is part of the regulatory agreement with DAERA, so the cost of this will have been priced in yes. INFA and JW are jumping through every hoop and going above and beyond to demonstrate compliance with Brine Monitoring.. and being completely transparent. I would rather some of those against would just say, actually I don't care if they are compliant (ie: be transparent) I am just against it all anyway, rather than plucking random reasons out of thin air.

There is a public consultation with INFA and DAERA where you can ask your questions, as you obviously canít be bothered to read any of the information already provided
Fri 15:29

Another positive RNS, must be time to bring the SP down. Beggars belief.
Fri 12:20

Would be surprised (even after current bizarre SP activity) if SP isnít significantly higher than 1.5 in next few months, assuming equity funding and FID completed in 2019. Suspect Marine Licence May be biggest needle shifter

Banned from the board until 15th June for it seems posting misleading information. Not sure what specifically
12 Jun '19

but surely that would mean that you didn't want to listen to what any one else had to say .. in order to get a balanced view ?
12 Jun '19

So just to be clear Leesadee - when (or if) the Marine Licence is issued, based on DAERA having been satisfied with documentation and public consultation - you would accept that as INFA having fulfilled their regulatory obligations ?
12 Jun '19

Hi Lisa, the Offtake news of course was expected, on May 8th JW clearly stated was that he had hoped to have this prior to the meeting, however given the additional scope and wanting to ensure the company were getting best deal possible he felt it was worth waiting for a few weeks, which by my reckoning would be circa 5-6 weeks, pretty much when the RNS was dropped. I still have the question around the Marine Licence, do you feel that your internet research should carry more weight than the scientists / Marine experts at DAERA ?
11 Jun '19

You know when you've been Tango'd !!
11 Jun '19

So the news we have all been waiting for and we are red.. if this is market manipulation then I just despair. If PIs are selling at close to the opening price then I just must be missing something.
11 Jun '19

I did assume this would sky rocket once this announcement was made (which seems almost better than expected given the company name). I can only assume then if MMs manipulating would this be clearing way for a big buy(s) later ? it is a little frustrating but really glad that INFA have delivered and Offtake although late, is for 7 Caverns (not 2!)
11 Jun '19

I guess people want to take a profit. Personally no interest in taking any profit at this stage but perhaps if my break even was much lower I would think differently .. blue skies ahead
11 Jun '19

fantastic new .. hope first of many surges in SP. Great way to start the day. Hope Snowman hasn't self combusted
7 Jun '19

Nobby, my view based on JWs comments of ďa few weeksĒ is that there MUST be an update next week either confirming the deal or explaining rationale for any further delay
3 Jun '19

Hi Leesadee, on the brine discharge, would you be satisfied if INFA met all the criteria required by DAERA and as such were issued a Marine Licence ? To me this isnít spin itís fairly binary, you are either compliant or you are not.

The delays while frustrating have been fairly well explained in the last two shareholder meetings
31 May '19

Well done Dawski !! Girding the loins
