"Angus Energy (AIM: ANGS) is pleased to announce that after consideration of the recent results of the Brockham work programme, preparatory operations for the second stage will commence on the week of 17th June 2019.
The further preparatory work aims to ensure the borehole is in optimum condition for testing, and to give the best possible communication between the well and the fracture system in the formation. Once this has been completed then, subject to agreement of partners, well testing can commence to ascertain whether commercial hydrocarbon flows can be achieved from the BRX4Z well as envisaged per our timetable of 3 April."

Slide 9 of presentation clearly states that Stage 2 includes up to 10 days for installation and commissioning of production equipment. That will be followed by primary flow testing.

They did not say starting flow testing on 17 June. That is start of Stage 2.

Haha. Yes saving a lot !!!

Brad the Vanvhem deal not yet completed, but when it is. Dividends to be paid in future. Good March production figures hopefully to be continued in Q 2. BE developments begin to unfold into reality. Further confirmation of V price rises. JSE listing. Etc

There is a rich supply of real news in the pipeline that I expect to shift the sp. Disagree if you wish but I do believe some shorters will get too greedy and will be caught.

I repeat that 2019 / 2020 is looking very exciting for BMN and its shareholders.

I cannot find any reason to be pessimistic from where we are.

Just my opinion.

Hi Ophidian. My kind of evening. Glad it went well.

May be back in November but difficult to plan anything due to health etc.

Hopefully get a chance to buy you a beer or two sometime. Worst part of the programme is I am alcohol free until Autumn.

Regards. Pdub.

I wonder which shorter will be last one out and likely carrying the inevitable losses?
5 Jun '19

Not exactly what I said Expert.

I would expect more significant news to have a positive impact on the sp, but even without that rising V price will push sp up,

And arguably the commodity price could be regarded as fundamental to the success of any mining company.

We must not forget that even with V prices around $35 kgV Vametco is highly profitable with production costs below $19 kgV.

I have many times said that 2019 / 2020 looking very exciting for BMN and its shareholders.

Can't even buy 50 on HL
5 Jun '19

All the commentators that I have read anticipate a structural deficit continuing for the foreseeable future. If correct that should translate into significant V price rises.

I expect that to be reflected in the BMN sp, regardless of other significant news.
5 Jun '19

That's good news Headancer. Rising V price is the message this bb should be shouting out.
5 Jun '19

Bid and ask both over 27p on HL.

Effect of rising V price?
5 Jun '19

Hope all those in attendance last night in Plymouth had a great evening. Did you talk about BMN at all? Lol

Sorry I couldn't join you. Perhaps one day when I am fully recovered.

Regards. Pdub.

Typo free version:

AsianMetals showing rises for all forms of vanadium in all markets.

From the info posted here in the last week or so they seem a bit slower than MetalBulletin to pick up on market moves, but they have now joined the party.

Let's hope this is signalling the return of buyers to the market and a significant upturn in V prices.

Just my opinion.

Faramof if you re-read the posts it should be fairly obvious.

"Be very surprised if the SP does not revisit teens, particularly as results are now out the way."

7 days later sp was 31p closing price !!!

No need to say more.

Can I suggest an approach to dealing with this persistent sad character?

1) Report every post using "abusive/disruptive" heading and include request each time for admin to check identity.

2) Don't directly answer the post.

3) Start a new thread and give a positive point about BMN

4) Try to avoid giving aggressive or abusive responses ... Please!
4 Jun '19

Interesting that BMN quote MetalBulletin as the source of vanadium prices in their Q updates. Perhaps we should do so too.
3 Jun '19

As far as I can tell, all those in the know about vanadium and the vanadium market seem to expect a continuing structural deficit for some time to come.

Continuing strong demand from the steel sector and VRFB demand set to increase, with new supplies unlikely to close the gap between supply and demand.

Result a recovery in the V price. BMN is likely to be in a great position to benefit from the increasing demand for vanadium and any subsequent price rises.

Looks very exciting for those shareholders with the foresight and patience to hold.

Just my opinion.
