Happy Easter from the north sea enjoy your weekend all.
Wed 17:33

Hopefully as time goes by UKOG will start to generate significant revenue from the proposed HH horizontal wells and should limit the need for further dilution to be required...
Wed 16:59

I don't think I have seen many on here complaining about not getting a swift return in the last few days...LTH are complaining about the future shares in issues...if the funding process remains the same.
Tue 21:43

It is the long term that is now becoming a worry for me...
Tue 21:38

I was happy with the sp at around 1.30p going forward from the RNS which lead me to believe that we were not going to be giving away shares for buttons...thought there was a plan in place to let things progress and be come partially self funding until in full production...
Tue 21:24

I will be holding but it doesn't mean I can't ask questions or be concerned about the way the financial side of the company is run...
Tue 21:03

Heid...you are completely missing the point...if there is 10 billion shares in a couple of years time.
Tue 19:45

Sageman...good post...I am no financial expert but that's the way I see it as well...some people can't see the woods for the trees.
Tue 13:20

The UKOG RNS are not very transparent , vague nothing is nailed down...leave a lot to the interpretation and everyone seems to have there own interpretation...
Tue 11:01

That would have my support...
Tue 10:32

If you want to change things at companies you invest in, you must secure support from other shareholders. If you want to raise a resolution, for instance, you'll need to own 5 per cent of the issued share capital or be able to get 100 shareholders together with a holding of at least £100 each to support your resolution.
Tue 08:22

He certainly isn't stupid...doing it with other people's money at no risk to himself...and getting paid to do it...
Tue 07:41

???"Payment in UKOG shares allows Union Jack to not only benefit from UKOG's increased interest in Holmwood, but also exposure to UKOG's wider Weald Basin assets and other projects
Mon 21:30

Seadoc...very interesting video...makes you think...don't think it will go down well on here though...
Mon 19:32

Thorpedo...can you expand on that statement in your previous post...The number of shares are irrelevant it is the MCap which is important

I will keep at it, will never sell at a loss...thanks for all the civilised replys...sincerely hope all my doubts are unfounded atb.
14 Apr '19

I have averaged down considerably...only to see the amount of shares in issue double, treble, quadruple where does it stop?...does anyone care?
14 Apr '19

Jptop7...I have watched the YouTube vid again and I would invest again...I am no deramper, trader, swing trader what ever else I have been called...just some pi who took a punt and then did more research and started to believe the whole concept...I still believe the oil is there and UKOG will get it out...but a lot has changed scince my initial investment...the initial funds needed to progress the company in its early stages were unavoidable and were a means to an end...But now the videos have dried up ...The raising of funds continues and the manner in which they are raised (placing's =dilution) has stayed the same, even though in the previous rns we were lead to believe that we had a chance of HH being able to self fund the imminent progress... I hope I am completely wrong and ss has a master plan and all comes good...but it is looking more and more to me that ss is not concerned about dilution or indeed the sp...which is a major concern to me going forward...I wish you and everyone invested here the best of luck.

I agree the company is becoming less transparent with each vague rns... Nothing is ever clear cut or nailed down...hope this is not the way it is going...Share consolidations reduce the share "float," or the number of shares available on the public market. To a potential investor, a reduction in the float is always desirable. With fewer shares outstanding, the earnings-per-share number rises, which in turn supports the share price. A company that is constantly issuing new shares is diluting the worth of its stock and demonstrating, possibly, that it's more interested in drawing in new capital than in rewarding investors with a good return
