Just wondering where you get your figures from?

According to the last TR-1 (on the 6th June) Mr Beetham owns 121m shares in GGP.

Hi miker444

Totally agree with you 100%!

Why not us?! (after all, with all of our 100% owned licences we're far from being a "one trick pony", and let's not forget also that it's not just about the gold! We could have copper/nickle/cobalt also?)

Personally I still remain convinced that LTH patience here will be (very) well rewarded (eventually)!

HFG! :-)

20 million ounces @ $49 per ounce (the going market rate for inferred resource in the ground I believe?) = $980m

Divided by 3,002,256,509(?) shares in circulation = $0.32 per share (or 24p at today's exchange rate according to Google?)

So yes I would very much agree with you that 4p would be more than likely "blown away".

Exactly! (and hopefully in time this will be one of them!?)

Because I've been invested here since July 2014 and don't want to sell:-

a) And find I cannot buy back in
b) And risk getting locked out if there should a "rogue RNS" land (which could happen at any time).

I'm in this for "life changing profit" (hopefully) not the odd few % here and there which would make no real difference to my life whatsoever, (besides I suck at trading!)

I have 2m shares at a1.1p average and am quite happy with the risk/reward LT as I see it.

Still in profit (although £14k less so than a week or so ago) :-(

IMO the only way we are ever going to see any real return on our investment in this company is when we (finally) get taken out by a major, which I am still convinced will happen at some point, (however many months or years in the future that may turn out to be) and which is the only reason why I'm still here personally.

In the meantime I suppose we'll just have to sit and suffer whilst the SP is fcuked about with by the MMs.

Redirons

I'm with you 100%.

We WILL get bought out (IMO) eventually, it's just how soon.

Patience is all that's required now.

In "Sociology" probably! (I hear they are readily available via toilet roll dispensers on most University Campuses - Just help yourself!) LOL

Not one single share!

Have topped up in fact (at 0.57) to average down to 1.1p on a holding of 2m shares.

Currently sitting on just over 81% profit and certainly going nowhere for the foreseeable future, as in this for the LT.

IMO this WILL be life changing over time.

I've just been reading how back in 1993, a tiny mining company called Paladin shot up from a penny to $8!

(Wasn't gold though in this instance but Uranium!)

Just goes to show though how sometimes things can (very occasionally) turn out to exceed all expectations?

However, only time will tell (and here's hoping!).

FinsburyPK1066 & mickey1122

I'm with you guys 100% all the way.

This is only the beginning IMO and as a LTH I am willing to wait on the chance that over the next few years (or maybe even sooner) this could be literally life-changing!

After all, it's certainly looking good so far!

Agreed, but this has shown just how quickly things can turn around, and this time it's based on cold hard facts not "maybes" (as with NM) which is why I am staying put for the foreseeable future.

I may remove my original stake and go for a "free carry" at some point, but certainly not at this level and with so much news yet to come!

GLA

ohwhatif

Well personally I have invested just over £22k in GGP since 2014, and which is now worth just over £37k.

However I for one am going nowhere any time soon!

Too much news to come!

All the way to a complete buy-out by a major (eventually) and hopefully for a nice tidy sum?

(Personally convinced this will be life changing - IMO of course!)

GLA

DegsyAlmomd

If we do that's $980m worth (@ $49 per once inferred resource) straight off the bat!? :-)

Would be nice!!

StockVirgin82

I have paid as much as 1.98p and as little as 0.42p since I started investing in GGP back in July 2014.

My current average is 1.1p which I am very comfortable with, and am certainly going nowhere anytime soon!
