It could he does yet have a message for shareholder! Could still be working on things such as waiting for the lawyers..?
Wed 18:15

Take it with a pinch of salt these tweets, but it’s interesting.

...and note it’s not folks selling it’s Hsbc! Also they have loads more to sell. These majors / institutions tend to sell once SP goes below certain prices, so that’s also something to watch out for..
Wed 17:08

RNS Just - and they have sellers. Good luck hasiba/ wisha buying more!
Wed 17:05

Agree, but to get funding they need to agree this trial with FDA, until then they won’t be able to get any funding. When they do get here, sadly they’ll be out of pocket money, meaning a highly desperate and discounted placing...that’s if they find an investor!
Wed 16:45

The troubling thing is they need to agree the ‘design of the trial with FDA’. So, they need to put this trial design proposal together and then arrange a meeting with FDA, which we know takes months. Based on this they will be out of cash by then...then comes the cost and placing...
Wed 16:24

It may look like it...but it’s not lol
Wed 16:06

Agree, so ones deramping here, we’re just waiting for the inevitable! What don’t you understand?
Wed 15:00

MMs playing or traders. Nobody is seriously going to invest here when they know they’re running out of money, a hugh placing required and that is if they can agree the trial with FDA, and money runs out in Sept..
Wed 14:54

This could be impeccable timing a week or so before the AGM. Could see fireworks, and he could also buy more..intriguing it is!
Wed 14:51

Everything falling into place, fantastic opportunity today though...gla
Wed 14:06

Check rns, an investor bought near 8% of shares here..
Wed 13:18

Has to bounce now anytime soon!
Wed 12:49

MMs on lunch!
Wed 12:47

One things for certain, no one buys these hugh chunk of shares without knowing something concrete. As always us PIs will be last to find out lol
Wed 12:19

Does he have a previous holding? According to rns zero to 7+%
Wed 12:16

Looks like a very strategic buy of over 7% just in time for AGM..
Wed 11:27

Agree backlog cleared and with an excellent AGM statement this should start motoring now..
Wed 10:25

Moving in..? Gla

From PFC themselves:
Nick Shorten, Managing Director for Petrofac's Engineering and Production Services business in the Western Hemisphere, said, "At a time when industry is so firmly focused on extending the life of the UK Continental Shelf, we're delighted to be working with MFDevCo to offer new and existing clients a solution to get more from their gas reserves. By blending our capabilities and expertise, we believe we can provide cost-effective development solutions to unlock the full potential of marginal gas fields within the basin."
