Iím not going to complain about Wres or Mr Masterman, but I like Mr Brandon and hold SKIN. A very interesting technology to begin with, but now given a global, real-time collaboration platform.

inkisblue.

Too many words, not enough logic.

What is your point?

Ploughing disturbs the soil ecosystem.

No-dig is fab.

Circumspect, TPI has been our broker for years and has regular investor evenings in London, where Mr Masterman has often presented. You can phone them and sign up as a client. They will then be able to offer you placings in AIM shares. High risk usually, but also WRES.
Thu 23:26

Troajan, have you seen the concentrator? Do you know how big it is?
Thu 23:24

Bob, I made it up out of my tiny little head, where I get all of my numbers from.

Donít you listen to Jaf?
Thu 23:19

Bob, I took the placings. You did not. Stop whining about the warrants.
Thu 23:18

Safety, I just get tired of all the guff.

Three months on and few will be whining as they are now.

Ä350k to move the plant.
Thu 23:00

No mention of directors.

Yes, you are a Marxist.

I have put money in every placing, even when very, very risky, so where does that make me a pig???
Thu 22:46

I have actually lost count of the number of placings I have taken. Only one, the riskiest of all, had warrants, but now you are all kicking off because they actually got exercised, and in a way that Mr Masterman wanted them dealt with quickly and finally.

Tough shiiite. You all had the chance, but not the gumption. Investors, including Mr Masterman, PAID for wres to get where it is today and now traders, who are not getting what they think they deserve, as soon as they think they deserve, are upset.

Go to your safe place.
Thu 22:39

Oi! I resemble that remark!
Thu 22:37

Iím talking about you agreeing with Rodís tweet.

Who are you calling a pig???
Thu 22:17

Who are you calling a pig?
Thu 21:10

Bob, does that mean anything? Even to you?

Who is lying to whom? Just cut the carp and say what you mean, instead of quoting some obscure Mystic Meg.

Life is to short to fart around.
Thu 19:02

dreamingof, I canít argue with that. There is no right and wrong here, only actions and consequences.

I was offered two for one, so I took it, even though it meant stumping up the cash. Other warrant holders, who do not have spare cash, may sell their existing holding and pocket the two or three hundredths difference.

Warrant issue now gone until the end of 2020.
Thu 18:57

Stukey, I get what you mean now. I posted that none of the warrants had been EXERCISED.

Warrant holders were made inside on the Exercise Offer. After that, they were NOT allowed to trade until the RNS came out.when I say not allowed, I mean that anyone who sold between being made inside and being cleansed, post RNS, is acting illegally. I hope that any suspicion of insider trading will be followed up, reported to the FCA, and any culprits IMPRISONED.

AfTer the RNS, warrant holders can sell EXISTING shares, to pay for the shares to be issued on exercise of the warrants. Clearly, some holders have done that, especially since few holders have a huge stash of spare cash to pay for warrants outright.
Thu 18:21

Stukeyblue, I donít know about other warrant holders. I just say that I sold nothing to exercise warrants, plus bought a brew times in the market.

I canít worry about who bought / sold. Sorry. I just paddle my own canoe.
