Yes because the fund will not want it to go that low as they won't make a good return when they convert. 0.30p is likely the bottom.

Lol no way is it going to 0.28p.

Ultimately the current finance agreement was agreed to / arranged by the previous board so one could argue it was death spiral finance at the time it was agreed. However this is a new management team with a new business direction. Nothing from the new business is currently priced in as we do not know the value of the incoming contracts or how many there will be. So when good news does land we will see a rise in the SP.
Mon 09:59

Now it's been confirmed. Better to sell now and come back in after the placings.
Mon 09:52

Yes LB. They are seeking to become cash flow positive by the end of December. If the contracts are similar to the ones they had at Unilad then they need to have started already.

This weekend I will be undertaking an examination of my investment decision-making after stupidly trying to make a trade in KDNC today. Eventually I realised my mistake and sold out for a £400 loss. Thankfully I have a bottle of JD which I can take advantage of.

Have a happy weekend all. Hopefully next week will be better than today.

I don't think it's hadean. They just raised £7m in VC capital a few weeks ago. They didn't mention what company it was at the presentation but it was a company that had had £7m VC capital already invested into it. But from what was alluded to the team behind the business either couldn't get it or didn't know how to get it commercially profitable hence them offering it to WDC for £20K. That's what we were told anyway.
Fri 16:04

Level 2 looking better now.
Fri 10:53

Shake appears to be over. Ticking up now.
Fri 10:04

Yep level 2 looks good. There are definitely some big orders being filled hence them dropping the bid. I added some more on the drop.
Fri 08:39

A lot will have averages a lot higher than the current SP and they won't be selling now after yesterday's news. Hence the bid being lowered as the MMs will have large orders to be filled now!
Thu 21:17

I went to the proactive investors presentation tonight and it was very insightful. I shall be reading up on this share/company in the coming weeks
Thu 20:56

Unfortunately the Q&A was limited due to time constraints and I wasn't able to speak to DS or UNILADS guys afterwards because I had to rush off. So I can't give any timescales for the conversions or if DS is going to exercise the option. But the future looks bright. Ultimately DS was parachuted in because of the company's dire financial state so like I posted in recent weeks he and the UNILADS guys are clearing the decks so they can push on. Short term pain for long term gain.
Thu 20:31

Someone asked about death spiral finance but DS alluded that this wasn't the case here.
Thu 20:29

The stem cell business is not going to be sold or closed down, but they will try and make it work. They didn't mention how much was left or what the penalty payments were regarding but DS stated the CLN was not to be cancelled - interestingly he did say there was a place for them but the way they worked had to change. More dilution to come I'm afraid.

Anyway the UNILADS can go after their previous employers clients and they are seeking to become cash flow positive within 9 months (before end of the calendar year). Going to focus on agency consultancy and online publishing brands in highly valuable but yet under targeted markets like e-sports. They said this won't be like UNILADS exactly as the market landscape has changed but they know what works and what could be done better.

I got the impression they had the rug pulled from under them last year. They expected to double their revenue from £10m to £20m a year if UNILADS had continued. The contracts are 12 months but clients retained UNILADS because they were so effective. Mentioned also they had been recently offered something that had had £7m VC capital invested - they were offered it for £20k. Long term they are looking to build their own social media platform (e.g Facebook) and their own messenger service but this would be further down the line.

There's a very strong investment case for this company now.
Thu 20:13

A very good presentation from the guys tonight. DS stated the finance/CLN was needed otherwise the company would have been dead months ago. Big things are coming here that's for sure. I'm more satisfied with my investment here.
Thu 16:27

Must be a gap up tomorrow morning.
Thu 15:34

Is looking really strong again. I expect heavy buying pressure in the final hour!
Thu 15:30

Yes massive deal. I've taken some today.
