Deal can come at anytime now. BG BPC and the Major are all working through the EA ensuring all bases are covered. Macquarie Capital appointment as advisor was quite telling of where they are up to. Deal advisors. We have about 4 weeks left to conclusion of the first 3 months exclusivity so a deal and EA can be announced at anytime. Macquarie appointment was definitely telling imo.

Happened to that Exxon post? Where has it gone.
Thu 22:22

Who was partnered up with Exxon for that play but decided to pull out predrill causing Exxon to go it alone?
Thu 21:38

That would get BG the cash they need for sure. Exxon have stirred up interest for the majors with that discovery. Plus BPC’s data is more compelling for a Discovery in the Bahamas. Exxon we’re lucky as they had a true wildcat stab and got very lucky.

Makes BPC Look all the more attractive imo.
Thu 18:42

DEAL discussions with the Major and the EA process are running side by side. It seems a deal was already being considered in principle which is when BPC appointed Macquarie Capital to advise on the project so as to ensure shareholder value. Macquarie are Specialists on multi billion dollar deals. Therefore a deal could be announced at anytime which willl also signify EA has been given the nod also. Remember BPC, the Major and BG are all working together to ensure all bases are covered to ensure this project goes ahead without any hiccups.

For me this is Getting exciting now.

Also look at the chart we are now on the trendline ready for another bounce.

Ultimately I'm very happy investing in a business who is selling it's software to Intel; Thales; Gemalto; Comodo; Microsoft; Amazon. IoT is not only future proof, it is the future
