I guess we expect too much of the company, but as a Company Sec when you see another making such 'oversights' it frustrates and shows the profession in poor light. Yes, comms have improved and you have to wonder why they don't 'sell' the business more, which would reflect in the sp. Perhaps they don't want that.........yet?

Big 70 year old Ostriches, not turkeys........I get it! Really think FRR can do a lot better but would not change my investment here. Been here almost 4 years, been lucky to have called a couple of spikes and have a free ride so I'm happy it's one of my best. But many on here have massive stakes and are treated unfairly imho but importantly their rewards will be here soon I feel. However, clear errors by bod ought to be owned up to and they have put us where we are. I like what this business and the prospects it has for the future.atb

Yeah....apparently there's two 70 year old turkeys who vote yes every year on behalf of all turkeys. That's the quorum on turkey votes, the rest are kept in the dark.

So if at all previous meetings, resolutions passed cannot be deemed valid as no quorum? Then company may have been acting 'ultra vires' and thus actions may be deemed unenforceable?
