The article makes for sober reading.

"More than 25 antitrust officials carried out the raids at the offices of local units of Glencore and Africaís Export Trading Group, and Indiaís Edelweiss group which previously had a commodities business, two government sources told Reuters."

Will this have an impact on Mondays opening price?
17 Mar '19

Cheers, Daytrade :)

The words "anti-trust" and "raids" are making me sweat for Monday opening!

You wicked barsteward!

Craig hope the move was good

Hi Fira :) What's the source of the info? I've no doubt that a movie will be made about Glen probably starring Daniel Craig!

Can anyone make any sense of what is happening?

Some of these votes don't seem to have any power; for example, they can't take a No Deal Brexit off the table.

Major financial shares have increased ~15% since Christmas.

I suspect this is because they've been given the nod that Brexit either won't happen or a No Deal won't happen.

No Deal may happen by accident with these chancers.

Something is going wrong at quite a high level.

I'm tempted to be 100% cash again.

Is this the house you were going to visit the owner to sort things out!

What happened to the previous owner, Craig?
14 Mar '19

What will you do with the spare one, Craig?
13 Mar '19

The market is being relatively calm about Brexit.

When you think about it.

Even the major UK financial shares, the ones that will be most severly affected by Brexit, have risen ~10% since Christmas.

Are they in denial?

Has someone had a word in their ear?
13 Mar '19

Craig that was you in the batman costume?
13 Mar '19

Cheers, Billy.

I'll continue trading for a while. No Deal may happen by accident with these chancers!
13 Mar '19

Billy should I continue trading GLEN as usual? Any advice would be great:)
13 Mar '19

The vote was lost yesterday, but the shares are edging up today WTF!
12 Mar '19

Craig are you the middle-aged man in the batman costume?

12 Mar '19

Hope all is well, Fira :)

This is worth reading - particularly the comments

Germany overtook the UK for reasons that have not been and cannot be addressed.

Across the midwest, the rise of factory farming is destroying rural communities. And the massive corporations behind this devastation are now eyeing a post-Brexit UK market:

Semi-automated pig barns now dominate large parts of rural Iowa.

Fields are harvested by automated harvesters.

"Itís going to be like Russia with serfs. If you want to work on a farm, youíll have to work for them. Weíll give you a job, but youíre going to be working on our terms. We control everything. Small farms canít survive."

This method of farming is heading to the UK.

What will the markets do in the next five days?

I purchased GLEN at 303 and it's risen twice to 310 but didn't sell even when the TA indicated I should.

Learning point: stop relying on emotions to trade. The idea it would reach 315 or 320 prevented me from selling.
