So will cic main listing be in Seychelles itself or registered in Seychelles and then on another market listing? So we get the comfort of paying no tax but registered and listed in UK for example.

Based in Seychelles, does this mean I need to sell my house and leave the country for so many days or will I be in the daily mail for tax avoidance with Gary Barlow? You really have to consider so much these days when investing.

Note, does Seychelles banks offer isa accounts?

Well let's look at divi amounts! Surely we have enough info to calculate divi amount? I'm thinking at least four IPOs, lots of cash coming in and the annual SB get together in Seychelles just like warren buffet does to hand out divi. All in crisp dollar notes to take home after a week of rest?

There has also now been the official notice of main listing in so many articles and RNS that I must believe its going to take place and happen. To publish so many times the possibility and them for it not to happen would be a shock.

The new CEO of gold has been the non exec and also still has this written in his resume on the web site. He has moved into this role and Malcolm left? Positive statements and people movement, so in the Seychelles we pay little tax, does that mean we need to visit every time to collect the divi with suitcase?

i dont think either the comment around relist and raising cash against not doing are in fact not possible.

we simply dont know what might happen, the detail of the listing and raising extra cash through equity.

people did get given the right to buy more shares recently as part of the dividend policy and a quick period of time to respond before closed. after this point its now taken weeks to get anywhere near understanding the issues with the divi.

i think all the comments above are as equally fair in regards private shareholders loosing or gaining.

whilst no business has to release in advance what they intend to do it would as said many times before be appreciated with a bit more clarity.

you also mention the need to raise money on the relist and impact on price of course also having an impact on the dilution and number of shares with private shareholders.

granted if this leads to more value within the business it can work but its so difficult in fact impossible at this stage to understand or know what will happen and the potential price to private shareholders on relist and afterwards.
