Your above comments I cannot disagree with, I agree nothing as yet turned to true value especially as we sit here delisted. I think those points are more valued than the comments about where they will list.

I have confidence in cic but as yet they haven't made me a penny and until they do shareholder value certainly hasn't been created.

We need listing, we need facts and figures and realisation of all the talked potential. Until then placings, dilutions etc create less value and I would rather they didn't happen.

Sb can screw the shareholders at any time. Bod are free to do many things to gain for themselves and very little is enforced by law. The regulators have little in the way of regulation, no teeth and an inability to take the private sector on.

Sb could disappear tomorrow and we would never gain a cent, simple as. The reasons for picking this listing place are not regulation and less protection for us, I would imagine its costs?

Paper moon they are fair comments, as the company progresses the listing comments have gone from never listing to now the suitability is not good enough.

Several months ago listing was never going to happen. There maybe differences between the listings, of course there is as different businesses want difference listing requirements.

As someone else mentioned and I have before don't be fooled by the regulations of any listed market, in all the bod are free to do as they wish, there are methods and ways to get around all rules and you would be nieve to think there aren't.

I for one will be happy to be listed, saving tax by being in a place that doesn't have it and seeing a rising sp of the back of several iPo. If sb was going to screw us he wouldn't pick a less regulated listing exchange, he would have done it by now.

The loans given to cic gold and cic Seychelles are to be funded by converting to shares at 6pence. Does this mean that there are more shares to be added to the amounts that have currently been announced.

Whilst I appreciate it's slightly higher at 6 pence it's still more shares in the system, have I read this correctly.

I thought that it would get announced in September and list in October, not a great of time left for that now to come off, we shall see half a week to go!
