nsdols, vw those 2 million trades at the end of the day look like there could be a transfer again so might get a holding rns next week as first was higher than the second price wise like last time if you recall.
The latest SEDA going by the same calcs I used last time will last approx 3 weeks from rns that also coinsides with the time the co must rns agm date if 21 days is needed.
It could ofcourse just be the amount of money needed until revenue is increased.

loftya. YA I believe can sell the equivalent number of shares they are about to get under a future drawdown during the advance period. Essentially funding the additional cash given to FRR by dumping some of their existing stock into the retail market. This appears to have been their tactic in November in advance of the SEDA drawdown.
So am keeping an eye on this daily, incase it gives us a clue to a further drawdown.
http://www.fsa.gov.uk/pubs/international/short-positions-daily-update.xlsOne thing I am confused about it why YA haven't had to disclose their overall FRR holding yet? I'm sure they currently hold more than 3%. Thoughts?

nsdols good evening to you, I don't believe the hold any shares, as they would have to disclose their holding within the required time frame.
To me they sell for their quick 5% gain, again just my take on it.
I would look up the rules (if you are not up to date with them) as I believe they must hold the AGM within 6 months of end of year report being published so that means by Monday they must RNS the AGM to hold by 31/12/2012 or risk suspension!
ATB
nsdols apologies for typo's first line the = they second paragraph poor English should read as they must RNS the AGM by Monday 10 Decemnber if 21 days notice is needed for the AGM notice for time and place.
Again it is just my take on things.

No more posts from me on this share here or the main bb unless provoked, I wish the likes of nsdols and VWBeetle the very best here as for the rest well...........
That's a shame. :-( not sure why it's all kicked off on LGO tonight to. I suppose financial gain or loss can be an emotive subject, and raises temperatures. Personally I thought your polished turd comment on FRR the other week was hysterical! And I'm sitting on quite a big paper loss with FRR at the moment, but hey I've a skewed view on life, and know there are far worse things that can happen than losing a few quid on the AIM.
I trust we will converse again on another share or general chat BB in the future.
It's been a pleasure sir. I tip my hat to you, and wish you well anon..
Have a enjoyable festive season, and a prosperous 2013!
