We have just been informed by our data vendor that there has been a failure at one of their data centres (RedBus, Docklands) that is affecting all price feed information. We are checking for updates on a regular basis, and will report back as soon as we have any information.

Further update from telecity:-
we expect to reinstate mains power supply to customer equipment on the 7th floor within the next 20 minutes. The power will be reinstated in stages.

Power is gradually being restored to Redbus; our vendor has said that prices will return shortly.

Power restored; systems are coming back up, but not live yet.
Any estimate as to when systems expected to go live?

We're chasing - but we can't pin them to a definite ETA. Very frustrating.

We're told that normal service has been fully restored; should have been ok by about 14:10. Apologies for the inconvenience to all; it wasn't unfortunately something we had any power over (no pun intended!).
