Site Outage

Hi all - Apologies for the website outage this morning.

It was caused by a hardware failure at our data centre, which has now been replaced. We'll be reviewing this failure and looking to implement replacement systems to stop this happening in the future.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience.

Had severe withdrawl systems this morning when link didn't work :)

No other site gives the same service

Disappointing but just goes to show what a great site this is when you cant access it. Things go wrong for all of us breakdowns are a part of life, not known it before to this level. Keep up the good work.

I thought there wasa fault with my computer when i was unable to open this website. Where can we get information if something like this happens again as it was very frustrating not know what's going on and where to go for help. Thanks

Nothing in life is perfect.... SO...Never assume anything and you will rarely be disapointed.....Everything comes to an end at sometime....Another day tomorrow......

Very unsatisfactory for a paid for service. Many of us rely on live prices for making speedy investment decisions, especially when the market opens.

To be fair its not the sites fault if they have a momentary blip an some investors lose out of it, any investor playing with cash be it 10quid or 100k should always have a back up service. I trade very heavily with IG DMA platform....if there's a single month that passes without them having IT issues I'll eat my keek in a sarny, nobody's perfect
