help me please Dragon oil

I have just found a certificate that I had forgotten about for Dragon Oil - I have 145 shares IR25p. I cant remember how much I paid, not much, I was a student. I don't know anything about shares, are they worth cashing in. I tried to look on the internet but I cant work out this consolidation thing they are all talking about with the shares. Anyway, the certificate is dated 18.9.97 many thanks if you can help.
