Appear to have been removed from LSE site .... death knell ?
CMR Fuels' TIDM code is actually CMF. Don't know if this helps?
Cambridge Mineral Resources .... ticker CMR.
Fair play. I have e-mailed Admin to see if they can shed any light on this.
Still saying on iii there's a chance but nothing on their own website and you would think there would be. Where are the posters on here with the supposed inside information. Are the mines still working? Thank God for RRR is all I can say - offsets some of my loss!
CAMBRIDGE MINERAL - Cancellation of Listing
Cambridge Mineral Resources PLC has cancelled the admission to trading of its Ordinary shares on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM).
The Cancellation became effective at 7.00am on 6th March 2009.
The Cancellation is a result of the Company's failure to appoint a replacement Nominated Advisor (NomAd) within a month of the resignation of their former NomAd, which became effective on 30th January 2009, in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies.
You should be aware that you are no longer able to sell or otherwise deal in your Cambridge Mineral Resources PLC shares on AIM.
We will update you on receipt of any further information from the Company.
this is copied and pasted from my sharedealing corporate action. Any thoughts? are my shares done and dusted or will i ever see them trading again?
Thanks for that top jockey, I think they will re-list and any current shareholding will still be valid, but I think the way CMR have behaved over the last couple of months does not bode well for future !
Sandhopper, can one assume that any shares currently held would be valid if CMR re-list on Plus ?
You are VERY hopeful on this which is great but nothing is coming forward which would encourage anyone else. I have 100 percent written these off. Maybe in different market conditions this could have came off but for them to get financial support today will be very difficult for anyone no matter how good things "might be"
I sent the following email to CMR yesterday :
"As a concerned shareholder, I would be grateful if you could give me an
update on the appointment of a new Nomad and the financial situation
pertaining to Blucrest. "
and received the following reply :
"Thank you for your email.
CMR was de-listed from AIM on 6th March.
The new nomad was unable to be appointed due to the discussions
continuing between CMR and the finance provider for our Quintana Gold
Mine in Colombia.
We expect to re-list at the earliest available opportunity once
negotiations have been completed.
Kind regards
Michael Burton
Director
Cambridge Mineral Resources plc "
