Hi all - We're currently having issues with the data we are receiving from our data provider, due to a London Stock Exchange update. Our technicians are working hard to resolve this issue.
We apologise for the inconvenience, and will keep you up-to-date with further developments as they happen.
Thank you for your patience.

Thanks for being so on the ball , its not been working since markets opened , causing quite a lot of problems for a lot of people .
Consideration: Always have at least one back-up ;)
As the service is free, we can hardly complain can we?
Free ?
I pay £24.98 per month for this service!

The problems occurred at market open; we were aware of the issue when it happened, but the problem was not on our data servers, rather those of our data-vendor. We have been told that the issue came about due to the Stock Exchange issuing an update to its reference feed that hadn't been announced, which knocked over a number of systems. The issue affected a number of vendors, so the problems will not have been limited to the service lse.co.uk provides.
We're obviously looking into what occurred, and will be seeking re-assurances from our vendor; but when it appears the problems originated at the source of the data (the Stock Ex), there's very little we can do in these scenarios. Having 5 backup feeds wouldn't have made any difference in this case sadly.
London South East invests heavily in the service we provide to our users - we have a highly resilient server architecture that will be able to cope with growth in usage for the foreseeable years to come. The sort of problem that occurred today is highly frustrating for us, as it's simply outside of our control.
Apologies to all who were affected this morning.

Thank you for taking the trouble to inform us.I confirm your AAA status.
LOL My ‘back-up comment’ was aimed towards the user, and not the supplier ;)
Ok if this is true:
