Us Solar Fund Share Price (USF)

Is it only the expectation that only a small %age of shares tendered would be successful that's holding this back? Seems like a strong buy to me, free money for shares successfully tendered, and with a current ca. 12% yield and much greater potential upside than downside for shares rejected in the tender, so a decent plan B.

Was about to buy a lot more end of next week. Now a question mark over that.

I will put all mine up for sale. Only a small percentage will go. Unless things change drastically I will use the money to buy back the shares as I doubt they will hold at the tender price.

So the tender offer is around 63p per share and although you might not be able to sell all your shares (or even want to at that price) I thought the SP might have risen somewhat more than it has. Might even be worth loading up with more at this price given the 2025 and beyond prospects seem good and there's still a divi (albeit reduced to maybe 5%) while you wait.
