Tracsis wins Small Cap Company of the Year award____ Tracsis is pleased to announce that it has won Small Cap Company of the Year at the 2013 Small Cap Awards. The awards recognise outstanding achievement in the quoted UK small and micro-cap market and the people and companies that have demonstrated the benefits and advantages of access to public markets. Tracsis Bid for Sky High

Tracsis looking to buy Sky High for £3.28m cash. Sky High made 289K PBT in the half year to 30 September 2012 and the company gave a pretty upbeat statement when reporting those results on 3 December. Also, Sky High operates in Australia as well as the UK which may be useful to TRCS. One point I like about TRCS is that there's no hype. Profit forecasts discount any acquisitions and yet are clearly looking for earnings enhancing deals.

Expect interim results to be released this week, within which I would expect notice of an interim dividend. In the trading statement released at the end of January it stated results would be in line with market expectations. Should give details of how the latest acquisitons have bedded in.
