People were saying this 3-4 years ago and just take a look at where the sp is now compared to then. DYOR.

Far too many ifs and buts, maybes, just around the corner for my liking, 1 big spike and a lot here will cash in unless they want to keep posting stuff about this company for the next god knows how many more years.
Today 19:54CrustyPeteRE: NT-3 & farmout4.00No Opinion
I do not think they will bother re-entering KN1 - it is fundamentally there to supply Songo Songo GPP and at best has another 20 ish BCF of which it is unlikley they will extract more than maybe 12-15 BCF.... at 15MMscf it will last, what? 3 years max and at $1m per month or, circa, $36 million of gross revenue; bearing in mind it will cost circa $10 to drill a sidetrack that makes it only marginally commercial and not without risk.

Consequently I think they would use the money to drilll a… Read More

Thanks Crusty, my thoughts are along the same lines. Ruvuma will I am sure be self funding, the development study by IO/BH was to prove commerciality, exactly how that plays out remains to be seen.

Regarding KN-1 I think we are looking at 1.0 short term remedial by March followed by 2.0 another drill/side track aimed at the main reservoir.
Today 18:16CrustyPeteRE: NT-3 & farmout4.00Buy
Maybe cp, maybe but do remember that AEX were very keen to emphasise that the Ruvuma basin would be "self-funding"..... so taking the Nyuni development costs out of the equation if AEX do go to market for funds they will have some explaining to do.

As for the infrastructure development for Ruvuma I believe that they will bring in a partner for the CNG, Genset or any other EPS implementation required and the partner will be rewarded via a share of the gas revenues.... no farm out… Read More
Today 16:42cperkinRE: NT-3 & farmout4.00No Opinion
I imagine that AEX are thinking beyond just NT-3 drill now and will need major funding for the execution of the development plan submitted, not sure what form that will take or when Crusty?

Certainly no point going to the market just for N-3 (If required) also the proposed funding method will have had to be declared in the 25 year development licence application.

If the objective is to maximise return it should be post NT-3 but maybe a partial farmout prior?
Today 15:18CrustyPeteRE: NT-3 & farmout4.00Buy
For me that very much depends on the timing of the NT3 spud; I have been concerned for a while that contrary to previous statemnets AEX no longer have the cash to drill NT3 and with no income coming in from KN1 how do they finance it. I doubt they would be too keen to take on further debt after so recently clearing ARGO loan, particularly after the dilution that the ARGO settlement required. Therefore the NT 3 drill may have to wait until KN1 is back on stream or until AEX have gone to the… Read More
