Seeing Machines continues to expect its financial 2019 revenue will be "approximately in line with" its financial 2018 revenue of AUD30.7 million but said forecasting beyond its current year is difficult. Guidance for its financial 2020 year is therefore not expected until the announcement of its financial 2019 results.

There is hope that they get their sh*t together, surely fleet deal will be announced shortly as well as new contract deals.

From memory tonight used the figures and write up from pro active as they said 916 mil shares plus more monetary term that added up to another 266 million shares (£6.8 mil)
780 + 136 = 916
Plus extra 266 million
As worded by them.

The company, whose technology tracks eye movements to make sure drivers are paying attention, has issued 916.7mln new shares at 3p a piece – below yesterday’s closing price of 4.6p. Shares fell 30% to 3.2p to reflect that discount. Among the participants was its largest shareholder, VS International.

Seeing Machines said it is to offer certain other existing shareholders the chance to buy shares at the same price, which, if fully taken-up, will raise another A$12.7mln (£6.8mln).

Misleading. Sorry guys

I couldn’t get on LSE from 6pm ish to 10pm ish. Took info from proactive investor wording here. Read it as 916 vsi then others at 266 million more. That’s why posted to double check figures and did ask for correction if needed.

Seeing Machines Limited (LON:SEE) revealed it has raised A$51.3mln (£27.5mln) from investors to help it take advantage of the growing demand for driver monitoring systems as the AIM-listed firm reported its first-half results.

One thing that is clear amongst all the confusion; Kens wording is on par with Terry's maths.
