A subsidiary of Rugby Estates has accepted an offer of 7p per share for its holding on 7.9m shares in O Twelve Estates. Under a separate agreement, either party can terminate the agreement on at least six months' written notice at any time.

Rugby Estates (RES) has completed a consolidation of share capital and begun the return of around 4.6 million pounds to shareholders, at 125p per share. Additionally, every 13 existing ordinary shares will be converted into 9 new shares. The move comes after a series of property disposals by the company in order to concentrate on its asset management business. The programme is expected to be largely completed by the end of 2012. The shares closed down by 203.33p at 457.5p.

Have set a plan to buy these for £2.01 next week. Anyone think that it is feasible that it can drop as far (Or further). Could be one to watch though with a likely dividend combined with a further 50p being returned to Shareholders. Not sure whether anyone who buys on Thursday will qualify but nothing has been announced yet.
