The Next DUPD?

Bought 2500 of these today after investigating DUPD. This share seems a better bet! PHU's website didn't tell me much but I think they're worth a punt at this SP. Market cap is tiny, 66% of the 18m shares are/were in institutional hands and there's a 7.3% yield. PHU was tipped by Investors Chronicle in 2007 at a much higher SP. And lastly they invest in Budapest's equivalent of Mayfair.
