Seemed to recover it's price after a few days though, well last time the bad news dropped and the directors bought in. Is the divi gonna tank any time soon?

A very controlled selling culture and process not necessarily for the benefit of customer satisfaction has been my experience when dealing with some Pendragon outlets previously I am afraid to say. The customer should always come first in my opinion a poor approach to customer satisfaction evident which doesin my humble experience.

Well , my opinion is that no negotiatin mean you pay more . I bought a cat , newer , less miles on it for £1500 cheaper than theirs , all for traveling 100 or so miles more .
There sales process is disjointed , compared to other places I have bought from . But as long as you were happy that’s all that matters .
Yes , good money to be made from there SP and it’s movements

This board seems to attract ex employees with an axe to grind. I used to trade this share a bit as I noticed its volatility, and did so very profitably. Since buying and staying long I have had less luck! However in this current difficult car market it does seem the management are being proactive and not just sitting on their hands with their fingers crossed (which if nothing else would be very uncomfortable).
My own experience was a purchase of a car from a Vauxhall Evans Halshaw dealer. The car was less half new list price, a year old with 3k on the clock. I can only describe it as having been in all respects like a new car, very well prepared. The staff were great, it was all perfectly efficient and I liked the 'effectively no negotiation' policy which avoids the aggressive customer getting a good deal while the meek get ripped off to pay for the discount they demand. So there are 2 sides here. On balance they have the scale to weather the current car market, consumers will only delay such decisions not cancel them because the public will always be in love with new(ish) cars. I will keep holding unless the news worsens

poor service indeed
Fri 09:45
I had the same poor service from Pendragon dealer in Scotland. Bought my next cars through Vertu Dealership. Chalk and Cheese! Sold Pendragon 2 years ago on the face of it and bought VTU just on the principle. Still taking a massive hit though!
