Fresenius Medical Care has selected NetDimensions Talent Suite for a rollout to 30,000 employees in 24 countries in EMEALA (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America). Fresenius Medical Care is the world's largest integrated provider of products and services for individuals undergoing dialysis because of chronic kidney failure. In 2011, the company had 79,159 employees in 2,898 clinics and 40 production sites serving 233,156 patients and providing 34.4 million dialysis treatments worldwide. Fresenius Medical Care needed a Learning Management System that could be installed on premise, has strong compliance capabilities, supports multiple languages, is flexible and transparent in terms of customisations, and is backed by a very responsive technical support team. NetDimensions is one of the vendors in the industry whose Learning Management System has been validated to meet the compliance requirements for the FDA 21 CFR Part 11, 211, and 820, as well as EU GMP (including Annex 11) regulations. Gerard Remkes, Director for Integrated Learning Solutions at Fresenius Medical Care, commented: "After a very intensive selection process, we chose NetDimensions because we believe they are the right partner who will be able to support our needs internationally.
