I'd mentioned that the companies in the Black Cactus/Milestone ring seemed to be barely trading. I'm not familiar with US accounting procedures but looked up the SEC filings for the US company, previously Envoy group, which has invested in MSG and on which MSG depends for its technology licence. It's annual balance sheet for 2016/17 shows:

Total assets $3
Total liabilities… Read More

Just a thought. If it was my intention to try to drive the share price down, surely I'd at least have the nous to post these findings at a time when they'd have most effect. During trading hours on a week day. You make such a big thing out of my posting in the early hours of the weekend. Why on earth would I do that if I cared about the market. By the time trading starts this will all be old news for which nobody will bother to scroll down.

John, while I'm at the peak of my circadian cycle and my reasoning is at its best (and my imagination at its most creative) I think I understand now. I couldn't figure out why someone with the curiosity and intellect a mathematician needs would decide that they had done enough research to make an investment decision and that they didn't need to know anything else about the company, even if it might suggest they would be safer not to invest. After all, if you had invested in some other company… Read More

Dave, my choice of subject wording for my posts about the Black Cactus companies - 'Circles within Circles' was made with some thought. Perhaps 1.5 million is somebody's favourite number. If Ramesh Para's company really is the original source of that money I'm sure the tax and VAT inspectors would be only to pleased to find out how it multiplied its financial status so quickly. I don't have enough knowledge of the investment side to say for sure that this would be enough to call the whole setup… Read More

My word, I think I've just figured it all out. Remember the Para 'investment' into Msg of 1.5 million, and evidence showing that as an investor he has made next to nothing in the past, with closed companies, but this 1.5 million from somewhere has inflated the value of the MSG artificially and the share price with it. And the fact his son now owns a company he has started called Black Cactus Media. Then Envoy group, who also is to be called Black Cactus has just taken out a 5 percent interest… Read More

Doc, so when it comes to money you never investigate if a share is good or bad, and you don't think others would benefit from advice. Firstly, that's the most stupid comment on here, secondly I'm not asking you to listen. If you want you can, but if no one replied I'd still post it. I should really translate your comment as 'I don't like that you have found errors in the company I am invested in, please please stop telling everyone your findings'.
