LGO's SP moves up after MOG RNS

I think MOG have released the RNS trying to reassure MOG investors, just think its too late for all of that.LGO are quite confident of winning the CC, why would someone loan them $50mil dollars? Because LGO is about to come of age, LGO SP moved up after MOG's RNS

Hanafi999 , Yes it looks like LGO have MOG over a barrel . The regulatory consequences are too great and Bill Higgs could be forced to step down . Surely Genel could not decide to walk away ? This error of judgement aside Bill Higgs has come across as an asset to the company and losing him would be a devastating blow to the company . Most of us probably got involved for Ombrina Mare and perceived quality of management and attributed next to nothing to the risky binary play which is Malta . Do MOG want cash in hand to put towards an appraisal program in TT or portfolio diversity and exposure to a super high risk offshore binary play and possible cost overruns ? LGO's new £50m facility ups the ante and means they can play it either way , a stroke of genius by Ritson . Along with his "happy to let the judge decide" comment he is proving to be a canny operator . If it went to trial the Judge would presumably have to take LGO's poor payment history into account . We have had an interruption of gas sales and uncertainty w.r.t. O.M. However , the share price has really , really slid . My question is this . Is the outcome of the legal proceedings/out of court settlement/regulatory repercussions already factored into the shareprice ? If not , what further downside could there be ? I have shares in both LGO (because anticipate a rise on eventual sale of Spanish acreage) and MOG so am to a degree hedged and am reluctant to "overtrade" if the outcome is probably priced in .

I strongly feel MOG will after do an out of court settlement with LGO, not looking good at all for MOG worrying times for them
