sxxswe, I would support the EGM if its required and more than meet GFDs stipulated requirements.

I am expecting by the end of next week an RNS which provides details on:

- ESIA Submitted
- Metallurgical Testing results

That is what we have been promised in previous RNS posts by end of Q2. If this information is not made available via an RNS then I would like to know why?

Here is a reminder of the timeline BA confirmed back around 5/2/19:

2-3 Months:

Resource Upgrade Finalise - COMPLETE
Metallurgical testing - IN PROGRESS ( news on this via RNS in the next few weeks)
Exploration drilling of our highly prospective target - IN PROGRESS (BA mentioned upgrading and extending some of the current JORC to Reserve status later this year)

6 Months:

Complete ESIA
Complete Feasibility Study
Prepare mining licence application

12 Months:

Complete Mining licence application and negotiation with Mali government
Finalise mining optimisations and open pit design for processing plant construction which the target to commence is during 2019.

Me too but there needs to be a motion/resolution around which to frame the requisition for an EGM and discussions (away from this forum) about what that should be. Those with little or no investment in the Co are far too voluble (and negatively so) on this BB.

Sxxswe, financing will be continued to talked about until it is in place.Trying to brush it under the carpet will not wash, either we have people showing an interest and signing options or we don`t.
Every day we get stories in the press about new cars coming to the Market either EV`s or Hydrids and as yet after 4 years we have not produced enough Lithium for a triple A clock battery.
We only have grandiose plans for future years, no money no backers and definitely no finance in place.I repeat if anyone wanted in to our mine now is their time to invest heavily. My fear is that if anyone is interested they are waiting to pick us off in a fire sale, possibly lead by one of the current Board.
Trying to suppress such a scenario will lead good money to chase bad.
The above will be in every shareholders mind that has thought this through.
NO DOUGH NO SHOW.
Bye.

I would support this. While things do seem to be progressing I do think it's worth reminding the board of their obligations to all investors. I never did receive a response to queries I emailed in November and banding together to apply pressure did achieve results last time.
