Angel Acquisitions said it has extended its offer period for Healthcare Locums to 1300 BST on June 5. At 1pm on May 8 it had received valid acceptances for 17.9% of the shares in Healthcare Locums, and 68.3% of those to which its offer related. The total number of Healthcare Locums shares now held by Angel Acquisitions, and persons acting in concert with it, was 777.2 million, or 91.7% of the issued share capital. The recent takeover was given to shareholders as an unconditional choice to either allow the shares to be bought by the thirdparty or to say no. The default action for this was yes, so if you didn't instruct your dealer to say no they would have sold your shares.

where r my shares?
sorry if this is a stupid question but I held some shares here and have to be honest just been ignoring them for a while, I went to look today to see whats going on with them and they seem to have been transferred out of my share dealing account! any ideas where they have gone and if that now means I have lost them for good or if it is something to do with the takeover? any help would be appreciated
