The panel replaces the previous Homes and Communities Agency Delivery Partner Panel, with responsibility for the assets previously controlled by the HCA now devolved to the HCA. Public land assets will be brought forward to the Panel members for development, increasing the affordable housing supply in the capital. Galliford Try's Managing Director of Affordable Housing Stephen Teagle said: "We have a genuine commitment to providing affordable housing which is much-needed by people up and down the country, nowhere more so than in London. We are pleased to have been selected for the panel by the GLA and look forward to working alongside them to bring projects onto site, as we have in places like St Clements in Bow, where we are facilitating the aspirations of London's first Community Land Trust.
