All sorted and shares issued, price now at 35p so drop today

I'd just wait, in the next 24hrs they should square it all away as announced

Trying to fathom out my holding, still showing Fox Marble on AJ Bell but shares not active. Not seeing and reissued shares in ECOB as yet? Anyone help?

Tomorrow is only guaranteed to bring ECOB into play. I've tried working out what the sp could but have given up now - divide by 13 then group by 659 then one preference share for each held....

There is nothing to suggest outcome of litigation is due any time soon. Just that the records of shareholders due a share of the pay out gets set as of today. Anybody holding today as of 6pm will get a share of the payout but that could be in 10 days or 10 weeks or 10 years.

Its hard to see what's going to happen. I assume Dentons will walk off with an eye watering fee if successful, but if they are successful I doubt anyone here will mind (including me). I have my doubts they will be successful, I imagine getting money out of a questionable government will be like getting blood from a stone. But as others have said Dentons didn't take this on as a lost cause. Being realistic 195m isn't going to happen, that's just an opening shot across the bows. As we closed tonight market cap was about 5.5m, so even if we 'only' netted 25m its still a 5 fold return for anyone investing today, plus of course the interest in the prefab buildings.
