Strengthens KAZ's balance sheet and reduces shares in issue, with an improved offer to come KAZ is a good buy imo. They hold the aces here, they can block the offer. Minority shareholders cannot. Wouldn't be surprised if KAZ is subject to a bid as well in the near future.

Looks very similar to price action May June 2012.....i note it's down 50% since then....KAZ better, ENRC better....who knows....all i do know is two wrongs (KAZ and ENRC) do not make a right!
