£8m-£12m market cap would not be far off if they can execute their strategy and get rid of the operational hurdles....
they processed on average 12700 tonnes per month in 2017, and this year so far the average is around 15000 tonnes. So to go from 15000 tonnes per month to the target of 40000 tonnes per month does seems a tall order. But if they can pull off this on a consistent basis from next year then the price would explode here.....Not many junior diamond miners in AIM like BRD....

Bluerockdiamonds.co.uk homepage needs to be corrected. Under the Investors tab go to the drop-down menu to the Shareholders information page where it reads that there are 202,324,243 ordinary shares of .01p in issue but under the News & Presentation tab it reads that there are 443,524,243 ordinary shares of .01p in issue. Get the small things right and the big things follow.

Interesting to look at the comparisons between Firestone's Lesotho and BRD. Firestones cpht is 22 which is roughly four times more than BRD (@4.5cpht), yet BRD's per carat value is nearly five times greater ($75 vs $360). The Lesotho mine has a 9 year lifespan which is similar to BRD (also incorporating pipe five). BRD are largely debt free yet Firestone are $30m in debt and are issuing shares in payment of interest to service that loan. The shocking thing is the mCap. BRD = £1.3m vs FDI = £19.5m.
FDI do have a larger accumulative resource from other prospects but I know which company I'd rather be in.

They have just started to mine at the lower levels so shows what we could expect as BRD goes lower into the pipes. We must remember that BRD are mining right at the top of the pipe which is diluted by waste or barren ore. 2019 could be the start of a new exciting journey.

Also interesting to read about the stabilisation of prices and a view that they will increase over 2019. FDI Diamonds are not comparable in quality to ours here.

"Firestone Diamond plc is pleased to announce the recovery of a 46 carat white, makeable diamond from its Liqhobong Mine in Lesotho. The stone was recovered undamaged and will go on sale at the next tender which is scheduled to take place at the end of January 2019.
The company is also pleased to report a stabilisation in pricing for the smaller, lower value stones (-3 grainers) at the recent sale which was concluded on 7 December and which confirms the trend reported by other producers."

"Paul Bosma, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "The recovery of the white 46 carat stone is good news as we start mining across the pit towards the northern side of the orebody over the coming months. We are also pleased by the fact that the prices of our smaller, lower value goods have stabilised and we look forward to further improvement as we head into the new year on the back of an expected positive diamond jewellery retail season".
