That still ignores the current risks associated with the license. It is why the suspension was not lifted when the license was reissued. It is why AB and JLP still state that JLP is still to decide if it wishes to proceed with the project and with the JV. I understand you wanting to look to the positives, but this is a real point that I am making.

The licence was reissued in April of this year but included time limits on construction and commissioning. The suspension of BMR shares from AIM was activated by BMR in February and to date that suspension has not been reversed . It is the suspension that has hamstrung the selling/buying of shares in BMR . Put simply it is not possible to buy or sell suspended shares .

You are ignoring the issue of the license. BMR stopped anyone being able to buy (or sell) even a single share until that is resolved. It still isn't.

With the greatest respect I don't agree. The huge asset that BMR has at Kabwe remains quite unaffected by delisting. The company will still have shares variously distributed to a multiplicity of shareholders on exactly the same terms. The ownership is utterly unaffected by if or where a company s shares are listed.
BMR simply becomes a "private " company..
But we ll all see in a the near future when full disclosure is released. And never forget Vanadium is at an 8 year high and shows no sign of retracing its steps.
Is there a company lurking in the background waiting to pounce on BMR ? I don't know but I refuse to believe that the ever burgeoning price of Vanadium does not arouse the financial aspirations of those aware of the huge deposit at Kabwe.
Is it possible for we shareholders to offer BMR for sale for say £ 50 million which is a mere fraction of the value of the incipient worth of Kabwe? What does the future hold ?

Once the Kabwe project is generating profits, JLP will be earning 40% of said profits. So they could sell their 29% in BMR if they wanted to, they would still have their 40% share cash income. They might want to sell at some point and use the money for another project. I believe they only bought the 29% to help protect the asset and the project.
