Apologies for the duplicate post but LSE's "character counter" continues to cut words out!

So, I re-worded my last post so it fits!

I hope all this brings some understanding, for those wondering what is going on back at Bushveld Minerals!

Back to looking after my good lady who is very poorly at the moment!

Cheers, RK

Down Days
Today 19:54
There is no doubt in my mind that any day when our SP falls is very frustrating for all investors. Especially so since the highs of 16th November and 19th December when we hit over 48p. There are many theories why we are down here agian and why the price has fallen back. There may well be a combination of them, shorting, people selling out to protect gains, the previous fall in vanadium prices etc. They all lead to huge disappointment and in some cases great anxiety. To those looking at loses here it is very tough indeed.
None of us know what will happen next, but it is worth just having a long hard chat with ourselves here:
- Why did we invest?
- Has the company achieved everything it was expected to?

The answer to those questions is fairly simple:
We invested because this company is on the road to developing one of the largest vanadium mining and production companies in the world. The value of which looks incredibly low currently. (5p, 10p, 20p, 40p or 48.5p). The market is in deficit and the steel market needs vanadium as it is and remains the best and most efficient way to increase strength in steel.
Also, the world has a major issue with carbon emissions and ways to make renewable energy sources become effective are very hot right now in the world. Low and behold Bushveld Minerals has some very important people in their organization who are world leaders in Vanadium Redox Flow Battery Technology and they are in the process of building the worlds largest vanadium electrolyte plant in a country where there is both the opportunity to grow and make use of this technology, let alone become one of the largest suppliers in the world of vanadium. So that is a good summary of why we invested.

Has the company achieved its goals, no not yet! But it is well on its way, the market is still in deficit, the company has recently started the full acquisition of its second brownfield processing plant. Together they have the potential to bring just under 10,000 mtV to the market. But Bushveld Minerals is awaiting its additional licenses for Brits and Mokopane to add to the Vametco mine which is in full production. This means they will have 440 million tonnes of vanadium ore with a total actual Vanadium content of circa 7 million tonnes of vanadium. That is a huge asset and within 3 to 5 years they can be extracting and processing over 10,000 mtV per year. With some huge life of mine ahead. Some of which will be supplying there own electrolyte plant, which will be supplying their own assembly plant for VRFB. Vertically integrated, with multiple high-value asset streams which will produce strong revenues and profit. Are we there yet. No! Should we be looking forward yes!
That is why this company despite all the tough days, will, in fact, liberate one of the best stories in investing history. Dot give up after a few bad months. The tide will turn and when it does you will want to be here. I certainly do!

The future market is going to strong!

Bushveld's 2019 - Quick Reminder
Today 19:45
So in 2019 so far:
- Bushveld Energy has confirmed the VRFB installation has successfully been installed and is running at Eskom's test facility
- Bushveld Energy will commence the construction of there electrolyte facility in East London which will be operationally ready in Q2020
- Bushveld Minerals have started the full acquisition of the Vanchem vanadium processing plant ready to take ore from Mokopane - the largest known high-grade vanadium asset on the planet with Vanchem capacity up to 4200 mtV per annum
- Bushveld Vametco has improved its operational efficiencies which have given a record production run rate in March
- Bushveld Vametco has completed a detailed resource study which has concluded the actual resource level in the mine is more than double what they originally thought when they purchased it in 2017.
- Bushveld Minerals reports sales of $192 million and a net profit of $49 million
- Bushveld Minerals are in the strongest position to supply the African Market with Vanadium Electrolyte in 2020 and VRFB from their vertically integrated business which will add significantly to the profits in 2020.
- The Global Vanadium market remains in deficit and prices are likely to become much stronger as 2019 progresses and the currently limited reserves disappear.
- The world leaders are under much pressure to reduce and even eliminate carbon emissions and to make renewables work the energy storage market will become a mega business. Bushveld Minerals will be ready to make a significant contribution to aid this, as the story unfolds providing Vanadium Electrolyte and assembly of VRFB's in South Africa.
- Every day there are new stories of large scale energy storage projects using Flow Battery Technology - and Vanadium is the key element in the electrolyte, this story is going to dominate the renewables sector and our position is very strong indeed.

There is definitely much more interest in buying BMN shares and the vanadium pricing seems to be inching up and if we have just a sniff of more urgent buying in the vanadium requiring industries we could see some real pressure on the pricing again which will help increase our profits in 2019 close to 2018.

To come:
Update from Bushveld Energy - EL Plant update
JSE Listing with news on format and timing - June / July
Completion of purchase of Vanchem - by 31st July
Mokopane Licence
Lemur IPP Project in Madagascar, sell off to bring in additional capital to fund Mokopane?

Bushveld Minerals remains a compelling investment for any investor and the next 3 to 5 years are likely to see a very strong uplift in stock price from here. The Board of Directors under the control of Fortune and Mikhail who are on the top of there game, and are highly ambitious for success and become the most important player in the vanadium industry. They have already created the foundation for a mega miner, processor, and energy storage company in South Africa.

A very strong story - half told...
